Dr. Brady Huneycutt

“It is a joy and privilege to preach the unsearchable riches of God’s Word at GBC every Sunday.”  Brady received his Doctor of Ministry in Expository Preaching from The Southern Baptist Seminary in 2003.  He has been the Senior Pastor at GBC since 2015.

Brady has been married to Joanna since 1983 and they have five children.  They have lived and pastored in the High Point and Greensboro areas since 1997.  God’s sovereign grace and mercy has sustained them through many challenges as seen in Isaiah 41:10 “Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”

Brady worked in the private sector for several years so he is intimately acquainted with the demands upon today’s families.  Therefore to assist those families to live “above the fray”, he has devoted his life to explaining God’s Word via preaching and teaching.  His ultimate goal is to glorify God and aid the church in applying the truths of Scripture to daily life.
